We offer telephone support for all goods we supply. Clients need rapid familiarity with any new system so we always explain any necessary changes in routine at the time of installation. The majority of support issues are software related and in many cases can be resolved quickly by telephone, thereby minimising any down-time. If a problem cannot be resolved in this way the client may request a site visit. We always keep our clients informed in the event of a need to re-install or reconfigure the system.
